How accurate is Avitas empathy recognition

Here at Avitas Technologies, we strive for 100% accuracy. In reality, accuracy largely depends on the number of user's interacting with your product. Adjusting the API and SDK settings can largely compensate for any inaccuracy. 

The more controlled the environment, the better results you will get. If you're not getting the results you expect, we can work with you. Contact our development team.

We offer a free 30 day trial of our personal plan.

Is the Avitas shared experience API secure? 

Yes. We are hosted at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and are a Standard Technology Partner of AWS. We offer 2048 bit SSL encryption for all data in transit and our backups.

All of the transactions you submit is through a user-generated API key. The API key you generate authorizes the engine to perform tasks on your behalf.

What encryption do you use? 

If you use our HTTPS API your data is encrypted in transit with 2048 bit SSL. We use encrypted storage volumes and our backups are encrypted as well.

What platforms does the Empathy Analytics SDK support? 

Linux, Windows, Android, OSX, and Red Hat

How fast can the Empathy Analytics SDK mirror empathy?

It detects a fraction of a second to detect emotion and less than 5 seconds to mirror the emotion back to the user. 

What is the memory consumption of the Empathy Analytics SDK?

The SDK does not use a lot of RAM or hard drive space. Facial recognition requires minimal graphics consumption.

Does it work offline? 

Yes. We've designed the SDK to be used without any internet connections. 

Where does the Empathy Analytics SDK store data?

The Empathy Analytics SDK does not store any data locally. Depending on your requirements, it is up to your company where you store your data.
